Nicole started her career in real estate in 2013 and, in less than 10 years, has closed over $1 Billion dollars in sales. After selling nearly 70 homes during her first 2 years in the industry her husband, Doug, joined her and they started the Nicole Freer Group which now ranks as the #2 real estate team in the Houston Metro area, selling 1,019 homes and $379 million in volume in 2025. In addition to providing their clients with exceptional results and superior customer service, Nicole has a proven track record of coaching up real estate agents into multi-million dollar producers. Today, Nicole is the #1 selling female real estate agent in Houston and NAHREP's #1 Latino agent in the nation. She has been featured in Bloomberg, spoken on numerous national panels, including Inman, and was recognized by Tom Ferry as one of the top 10 all-around video influencers in real estate. Nicole is a childhood cancer survivor. She and Doug started the Nicole Freer Foundation in 2022 which is dedicated to providing financial assistance to causes such as childhood cancer and offering scholarships for children of low-income families, allowing them to take advantage of an opportunity for higher education. Nicole is a native Houstonian and she and Doug, who have been married for over 25 years, live in Katy. Together, they have 2 adult children and a granddaughter who lovingly calls them, "Gucci" and "Champion".
